How much will my installation cost? Every kit will be installed a little differently in each situation, due to how you intend to utilize the components and where the doors, windows, locks and your router are located (as some examples). For this reason, we customize your quote to your situation using the information you provide online or by phone. All basic kit installations will generally fall between $150 and $250. Most appointment are confirmed within 3 – 7 days after you accept and pay for our quote, whether completed online or over the phone. Accessories you add and complexities of your install will add slightly more.

Will the installer call me? Yes. After you finish your quotation and purchase with InstallerNet, you will receive your installer’s contact information via email - but the installer will always call to perform a pre-visit survey before driving to your appointment.
What does the 3 year labor warranty cover? Each installation performed comes with a 3-year installation labor warranty. If at any time the MANUFACTURER’s installed product becomes inoperable due to a faulty installation, the installer will correct the problem at no charge. If a component of your Iris system is defective, the installer will inform you and remove the component at no charge for you to return it to a Lowe’s store. In many cases you, will be able to reinstall the defective component’s replacement without having the installer return, but if the installer does return a travel charge could apply.
